Please welcome the newest edition to our NKSB team, Nick Stacy. Stacy is 2010 graduate from the University of Kentucky. Stacy will be contributing some long-form pieces for us, including his new feature, Northern Kentucky Heroes.
High school athletics set the stage for something spectacular to happen every night. They bring us the unforgettable players and moments that are forever engraved into our mind. I’ve gone out and searched for those players that gave us the jaw dropping plays, eye popping numbers and clutch performances on the Northern Kentucky landscape. “I wonder what ever happened to…” Let’s relive the past with some of those great players. This week we’re featuring Chris Hook, graduate of Lloyd Memorial High School and a former MLBer. Hook is also part-owner of At The Yard, a baseball instructional facility in Florence, Kentucky.
